January 2005 Meeting
The December meeting was held at the home of Mary and Rick Dotson — the latter being our new GWAPA president. A descent sized crowd showed up for the meeting. Rick showed off his hybrid aquarium/paldarium and gave us a tour of his fish room. Mary gave brief talk on building backgrounds using silicon, moss, and other similar materials. Then we discussed the upcoming year and, of course, had our auction. More »
December 2004 Meeting
The December meeting was held at the home of Aaron Talbot. About 8-10 people showed up for the meeting. Aaron showed off his ODNO lit tanks while we fed on a number of wonderful appetizers and cookies. Aaron gave his talk, we held elections, and discussed the upcoming year. More »

Lighting: 1-Two-tube strip light, 1 single-strip light. 12 hours/day. Plants: Val, Crinum, Anubias nana and a couple of other small nana cultivars, A. nana petite, Marimo balls, and Java Moss Fauna: school of glass cats, a school of Debaui cats, Otos, one male cherry Barb, Amano and Red Cherry shrimp, ramshorn and common pond snails.
