The streak of large meetings continued this month with over 35 people making the trek to Sterling, Virginia to hear Nick Kinser talk about how to build a Paludarium.

Over thirty people, consisting of both regular members and many new faces, made their way to Josh Wiegert’s house to hear a talk entitled “Planted Aquariums- The Basics”. The presentation was given by Kris Weinhold, who graciously agreed to step in at the last minute.

Plants: Val, Crinum, Anubias nana and a couple of other small nana cultivars, A. nana petite, Marimo balls, and Java Moss Fauna: school of glass cats, a school of Debaui cats, Otos, one male cherry Barb, Amano and Red Cherry shrimp, ramshorn and common pond snails.
