Over a dozen people showed up for Kelly Billing’s presentation. Kelly talked about how large ponds, swimming pool ponds, and backyard streams are built.
She gave numerous examples along with some breathtaking photos. Lots of live aquatic and/or marsh plants provide the main part of filtration in these systems. In the second part of her presentation, she described how to grow various water lilies. She also talked about how one can grow water lilies of the Helvola type indoors in a small vessel filled with water.
