Diagnosing Plant Deficiencies

Hey Everyone:

Does anyone have some advice for me. I have this dwarf baby tears that is getting to be translucent. I am dosing ferts and iron weekly. It is in brightwell substrate (which is where it came from) and in the same water parameters. Do I need to be dosing more iron? Can someone look at this picture and give me some advice?

Can we get some more information? Lighting/water parameters/any other plants showing signs? When you say “which is where it came from” what does that mean? From the substrate??
