They just arrived tonight, wish I had them for the meeting today. The tweezers are better than anything I saw at the AGA conference in Denver. Go check them out.

I hope people got the chance to buy the tools because they are gone.
This (is) WAS the set of aquascaping tools you want.

How are they better than the GWAPA kit?

The tweezers have sharper points, the scissors are less clunky. The only thing better about the GWAPA set is the case.Cristy Keister wrote:How are they better than the GWAPA kit?

The tool set went up in price about $4, BUT, they now include an acrylic tool rack to hang on an aquarium. They also changed out one set of tweezers for an algae scraper.

I have one from ADA that I don't use. I like the curved tweezers, in fact, if they still had the same tools, I might have picked up another set now that they include the tool rack.

That type of algae scraper uses razors like those old time safety shaving razor. So no good for acrylic tanks but nice and small for glass nano tanks.
They should have kept the curved tweezers in the set tho.

FYI You can trim down a plastic card to fit in the scraper.
But I still don't use it, guess it's more fun to get my arm wet.
