Need help with sizing replacement Lily Pipes

I'm having lily pipes made for my 45F as standard pipes won't fit because of the cabinet I have it on. I have a Eheim 2211 filtering it. On the hosing it states 9/12mm on outake (spraybar) and 12/16mm on intake. I wanted make sure that meant inside diameter is 9mm and OD is 12mm on the outtake (spraybar), and 12mm is the inside diameter and 16mm is the OD on the intake. Anyone know for sure? Thanks!

That's my understanding; Eheim quotes tube sizes as ID/OD.
