How would you gracefully light it? I think you'd have to do a pendant light.

it's got two "directional halogen lights" in the overhang. I'm sure it's not ideal spread to all the corners, but it's something. Still neat, IMHO.

How novel. From what I've seen, the top is closed in for the most part. It would be difficult to scape or clean through the small opening in the middle. I don't think I like it. I prefer a completely open top, but make due with tanks with trim and center braces. It does have a nice uncluttered appearance; I watched part of the video, and saw where a HOB filter can reside in that center module, hiding it from view.
