Agreed - that was a great meeting. Thanks for hosting Kris. Your shallow rimless GLA tank looks awesome btw. The trimming techniques and strategies have inspired me to "thoughtfully hack" at the jungle that is my 29g. Really well done presentation Ghazanfar.

I must admit that, with my new tools at my disposal, and a wealth of new information, I spent several hours today hacking away at all the plants in my tank.

Thanks for a great meeting, look forward to the next one.

Yeah, I remembered that post because I thought the fish were so cool, I had never seen kribs quite like that before.

If only I had known before the meeting what I know now about trimming--I could have given away a lot more stems. Thanks to Ghazanfar and everyone else who passed on helpful advice.

The wealth of information on Saturday lead me to hack up my tank too! I'm a little nervous about the amount I took out, but I'm hoping since they are fast growing stems, they will fill in in a couple of weeks.

Yep, those are the same fish. They've been great fish for me. Lately, they've had new babies every month it seems. Some of their offspring have finally started to show adult coloration, and are looking very nice too.
