Rodney, I might be interested in this. One question, I'm not that familiar with driving through DC. How hard is it to find your place? 95, 295, and 29 are equally accessible to me from my home.

Could everyone e-mail their cell phone numbers to me at rodcon00@yahoo.com or use the pm from the forum? That way I can program them in for the trip and make it easy to contact the Herndon folks on Thursday morning.

Kris I will pm you the directions to my place.

ok... Just so it's clear, I'm going to meet up with Rodney on Thursday morning, and we're going to start heading south on I-95. Do we need to figure a place to meet up with Michael/Ghazanfar for lunch somewhere below Richmond?

Also, I emailed everyone my cell phone number last night. If you could respond to that email with yours, that'd be good.

If I can park at your house, I'll just meet you there.

I'll bring my dip net and can get 4-5 styro boxes if we need them.
I plan on picking up a pair of rubber boots when we stop to get
our fishing licenses.

Folks - don't forget your snorkel gear. I'm also planning on
bringing my laptop.

I'd suggest we consolidate vehicles as much as we can - with an
estimated 8-9 fill ups we're looking at $350+ per vehicle on gas.

Ghazanfar, remind me to pickup rubber boots at the same time.

I don't know the size of these vehicles, but I'd still be in favor of consolidating down to one vehicle if possible, if not for the gas reasons, just for the ease of coordinating stops, and the fun of chatting it up together as a group. Of course, those who went previously know better about the space requirements on bringing stuff back, so I'll defer to whatever ya'll think.

I'm with Kris on this. I think between the minivan and George's pick up
truck - we should have enough space to haul stuff back.
