If it fails like your last one - 200watts on 3 gallons would be scary. :oops:

There's always stacking two tanks to use the lower tank for heating and water changes, etc., plants, shrimp…
With the additional two gallons of water get a larger heater with a backup for the same price. :lol: :wink:
Go with the floor to sealing model, better. :shock:

Why would the thermostats fail on some of the smaller units? Maybe, the longer dwell times?
