A large group of GWAPA members gathered at Glen Echo Park to celebrate another wonderful year of friends, fish, and aquascaping! A special thank you to Nick Kinser, who graciously hosted us at Glen Echo, where he works.

A special thank you to Will Tarry, who stepped up to host our October meeting! Twenty two people came to hear Jeff Michaels of AquaticClarity.com talk about Ultima Elementum (the final element): Adding life to your aquascape.

Our September meeting featured a presentation from master aquascaper Jeff Miotke. He took us on a journey from his first aquascape all the way to today, and showed us how his aquascaping style evolved over time. He also gave us some tips about how to make an “awesome” aquascape.
