I did offer to help so I'll show up at 10A tomorrow (Sat) and stick around til 12p - if I'm needed.

Will we have any literature and/or handouts to give away?

I'm printing up a bunch of flyers for the workshop tonight, and some that are just "about GWAPA" for the rest of the weekend. There's also a rumor that we have business cards to hand out to people. We're also printing out a book of Member's tanks to have on the table for visitors to flip through and see the wonder of what they *could* have.

Here is an excel file with the tentative times for the table. I do not know what if any hours there are on Sunday but Saturday and Friday should be pretty solid. I am not sure how to update the file and save as an attachment here but at least commit to half hour intervals and I will attempt to update it.

I can confirm the rumor about the business cards. I have them in my car already so I can't forget them.

I'm also bringing Dave's nano to setup for display.

Still have a lot of time slots to fill on Saturday or we are going to have an empty table during a lot of the convention.

Doesn't have the new graphics, this is what we use when talking to vendors.

I pulled the vendor signup out of it.

Just a reminder that to volunteer to man the table you do not need to register. You only need to register if you plan on attending the talks. Just come and say you are volunteering at the GWAPA table.
