Folks:
Are there two varieties of hairgrass? I have the variety that grows nice & straight, courtesy of an order that GG put in. I call it 70's (Straight) hairgrass. I have a second variety, courtesy of Sean, that looks kinds like the teased hair of the late 60's that I call 60's (Tangled) hairgrass. I'd like the scientific names for common reference...

I may be wrong, but it seems Florida Aquatic Nurseries sells E. parvula as E. acicularis...(stuff in pots with rockwool)? So the pots of "Dwarf Hairgrass E. acicularis" that Aquarium Center sells are actually parvula methinks... I believe I read in Kasselmann there are 120 species in the Eleocharis genus, so who knows what we are buying! :)

If you've got bait, I've got wasabi!

I wish I could be like Mr. Sarcastic when I grow up! ;)
