Are we going to be against a wall or will we need something to hang the posters from....are we supplying the table or is the hotel? If the hotel, are they also providing a tablecloth so that we arent standing in front of a regular brown table?

Yes, I'm putting together 2 tabletop posters with info about the club...

That sounds great. With the table top posters Jen is making and and a small display tank, our table should look very nice.

What sort of literature and/or handouts will we provide?

Aren't the poster freestanding? I was thinking they were. We'll likely need some way to make them stand up on the table. I don't know about the details. The table should be there for us when we get there according to Andrew.

If the hotel is furnishing the table, they usually cover it and wrap the front and sides with a skirt. At least from my experience with corporate events, that's what they normally do but I could be wrong.

The posters have easel backs (kinda like picture frames) so they can stand on their own on top of the table. No worries!

So am I bringing a tank too?

If we don't have anyone watching the table on Sunday we'll need to have the Saturday folks coordinate the tear-down phase. Preferably we'll keep the posters in good shape and use them for future events. I can only make it tomorrow night for the workshop portion of the weekend.

Jen didnt get the memo....on top of cover sheets for your TPS reports we will be coming to work at the regular time....that'd be Greaaattt..yeah....Have you seen Jen's stapler? Oh, and you are working the table ALL weekend Jen....

Volunteers for Catfish Convention?

Would you be willing to staff a GWAPA table at the Catfish Convention on October 17th or 18th?
