Large pond plants

Hi all, My customer that I got my elephant ears and umbrella palms from passed away a few months ago and his daughters are now cleaning out the house. I have available, free!, two large umbrella palms and 2 or 4 large elephant ears. These are two great and adaptable plants that would look great in y...

Re: June meeting

Thanks everyone for coming. It was a fun time. I ended up with a few extra things around the house. Specifically I have a black serving spoon and a pinkish/orangish hoody sweatshirt. Let me know if they're yours and I'll bring them to a meeting.

Re: June meeting

So I've seen from other posts that there are people planning on coming that have not posted here. Can we remedy this so I don't overbuy on hamburgers and hotdogs on the clubs dime? I have some sodas and chips but could definitely use more of each.

Just ask Cunningham Seriously though, instead of pizza I will fire up the grill and cook up some burgers and dogs. When you get a c...

Re: May Meeting

Mine are in a solid pot that holds water. I cut down the foliage after it dies down after a frost and then pour out what excess water I can so I can lift the pot. It then goes down into the basement for the winter. Some very low light from a couple windows but it stays cool, high forties/low fifties.

May Meeting

Doing some divisions this weekend and I can bring things to the meeting if people want. I have some black elephant ears, some full size umbrella palms, water lilies, and perhaps some red leafed, orange flowered cannas. These are large plants so I will only bring them if there is a response and peopl...
