Re: Photoperiod
Reason I'm asking is that I usually have mine set for about 8 hours. I have a sword that looks good but is not growing exactly as I would expect. Looking at the Kasselmann book, she mentions long day, 12 hours, vs shorter photoperiods as having an effect on how swords grow. Not in growth or no growt...

Photoperiod
Just curious what most people set for their photoperiod. Do you do it the same with all your tanks/plants or do you adjust with specific plants?

Bit of a mental disconnect there as I fully realize that the vast majority of the...

Re: WTB Cephalanthus occidentalis
Chesapeake Natives is the one I was thinking of. I can't remember where I got mine. My plant list doesn't have a name next to it so I must have bought it. Most likely a native plant sale for some group. I doubt there are any seedlings as its only been in place a couple of years. Ill check. Nice grou...

Re: WTB Cephalanthus occidentalis
I have it an it's a great plant but I don't have any seedlings. It probably going to be hard to find especially now with Covid. Most of the larger nurseries don't stock it and you do better with some of the native nurseries but they are run by volunteers or have limited hours during normal times. No...
