Jose, just to be clear, you're mixing liquid ferts using the dry fertlizers, right? Normally, when you say your dosing dry ferts, that means you're not mixing, and just adding the dry chemicals directly to the tank. I just want to make sure I understand you correctly. Yes, definitely. I use them all the time for big root feeders like swords. You can also put Osmacote Plus in gel capsules and shove those down below your plants. I do both depending on what's on hand. And like Viktor says, Jobe sticks are good too.

Hey Woody -- yes, this forum software does not do a good job of keeping out spam bots. They don't have any posting access, so besides cluttering up the member list, they're not compromising anything on the forum. It's on my list to clean them up.

Looks like a nice setup. Yes, Lysimachia grows just fine in the aquarium. You can find it around the area too, growing both in and out of the water.
