Re: CO2 regulator preferences?

I recently got a SR Aquaristik CO2 Dual Stage Regulator. The first one had a sticking needle valve and solenoid valve. I contacted SR and they sent a new right away and the new unit is bullet proof. I adjusted Needle once and it has held the flow perfectly. But I would just recommend getting a dual ...

Road Trip this Saturday 1/8/2022

Mary and I (and maybe Sean) are going to the greenhouse. Want to meet us there? We will be there Saturday 1/9 at about noon. It is a cool place even if you don’t buy anything.

platinum soil review

Has anyone used platinum soil as a substrate and how did you like it. I don’t have a particularly difficult set up plants but wanted to get an opinion before I used it.

Thanks

Re: Ideal PAR for High Tech Tank

I am getting 150 PAR on my glosso and it is doing great but I am running a fine line on algae. I did not think about dimming the lights. I will need to check the app tonight.

Re: CO2 regulator preferences?

I tried a Milwaukee once and it dumped and wiped out my tank. I have since always (twice) bought a dual stage from Robert’s Oxygen. They hold steady pressure.

John, I surprised that no one has snagged your gift.

Re: Best Daily DIY Fert Mix

Thanks MTS. I have the old PMDD chemicals from the early 2000s. I need to find a source for those additional nitrates.

I will let you know how it turns out.

Best Daily DIY Fert Mix

I just wanted to see what you all thought. It is surprising how many articles I surf about aquatic plants are posted by GWAPA members. I am currently dosing PPS pro but think I am PO4 limited. I am thinking of moving to an EI daily wet solution but dose at half strength. That would bump up my PO4 bu...

Wow that is incredible workmanship.
Even with the detail pictures from the Planted Tank post the only thing I would be able to create with those materials would be firewood.

Nice work and thanks for taking the time to post.
