January 2018 Meeting

Kris Weinhold hosted and spoke at GWAPA’s first meeting in 2018.
He spoke about North American Native Plants, and detailed dozens of native plants that have been collected and tried in the hobby. Kris also made it clear that any plant collectors have a responsibility to know the laws, collect legally, and never impact the local environment by taking too many or threatened plants.
In all, about 20-25 people attended the meeting. Pictures are below by Gabriel Andrade:
