I can't really tell, but it looks like a Pogostemon species.

I agree that this is the first guess. Maybe Pogostemon stellatus.

I was starting to think Pogostemon erectus. There seems to be variation I'm guessing based on light, CO2, Iron and if I'm even close I must be getting almost as plant-nerdy as you guys; almost, but not quite. Anxious to set-up my 6' farm tank and play with this plant and others.
