Thank you so much Tug and everyone who helped me so far.
Now I think I should observe for next two weeks with this new dosing schedule. I will keep you all posted.

So summarizing the changes done so far.

Removed the Carbon from the Canister filter.
Dosed N & P as recommended by Tug.
Moved the CO2 diffuser close to the input of canister filter.
Moved the CO2 indicator placed closer to the bottom of the tank.

I will get this in couple of weeks. I am hoping this CO2 reactor will help me increase CO2 level in my planted tank.

After Dosing N & K for three days the Nitrate and Phosphate readings are 5mg/l and 0.25mg/l resp.

A quick observation was the plants are pearling a lot better than before.

You might ask to exchange your unused portion of MacroMicro mix. What you need to start is, Trace (CSM+B), KH2PO4 and KNO3. With a KH, ranging were yours is, ask Aquariumfertilizers.com to throw in a bag of DTPA Fe to hold up the iron between doses.

You can use MacroMicro mix for trace. It's "comprehensiv-ish" with more NO3, mixed to their 60g recipe. Using MicroMacroMix, adding 60g to 500mL container and filling it with distilled water, dose 10mL, daily to provide a 40 gallon tank with 0.1ppm Fe and 1.2ppm, NO3. Adjust your NO3 dose accordingly when using it.

17 Teaspoons (40.5g) of ferrous gluconate and fill a 500 mL bottle with distilled water for an equivalent to the Flourish Iron you're using. Not a bad savings, $14 for 226g of ferrous gluconate from http://www.aquariumfertilizer.com and dosed along side products like Plantex.

Somewhere in this thread is a dosing recommendation for trace. I don't know of any studies on the typical uptake rate for trace. Most often, Fe is just the proxy for all the nutrients in trace formulas and doses are anywhere from, 0.1 to 0.2ppm a day. EI, for trace, (CSM+B) generally provides 0.5ppm (Fe) per dose, 2 to 4 times a week. Doses from any additional iron, with differing chelators, ligands and such are used 4:1:1, by volume when dry fertZ are used and give at a slightly lower mg/L dose., e.g.,
Trace supplement provids 0.2ppm iron
Fe Gluconate & DTPA Fe, each
around 0.05 - 0.09 mg/L, daily.

Be careful, some of the other salts in trace become limited, if you stray to far, adding Fe.

Probably the increase in the phosphates and available CO2.

See if you can gradually increase the CO2 through your diffuser. Placement and replacement are good options to investigate also. Anything to improve CO2 availability and stability.

If I could just have you meet with some of our members. We have some wonderful diy, reactors. One modified powerhead by Ghazanfar, does a great job diffusing CO2, with a reasonably low bubble count and no micro-bubbles floating around the tank.

Try to drop the pH of the tank water, by at least 1 degree in the first half hour, when using CO2. If you can do that, you might want to back off the CO2, just a bit. Give the fish a chance and spend some time with them. You need good air exchange along the open, clear, moving, surface water, to use high levels of CO2 safely - no surface film. Now add more CO2. Try to drop the pH by 1.2 degrees in 1 hour. Now, you need to watch your fish, if your adding more. To drop it by 1.3, you must have everything working in proper order. Be careful when adding these levels of CO2. No surface film, good water flow and good gas exchange at the waters surface. But, I like any formula that fits a 5 mL, bottle cap measurer. So does my pet sitter. My pet sitter would also like dosing pumps, if I had them. Then they wouldn't need to concern themselves with bottle caps or various fractional teaspoon measures. Wet's calculator makes it very easy to calculate concentrated stock solutions, that can fit the proper dose for a 40 gallon and smaller into one 5mL dose. I dose three fertilizers from separate bottles - CSM+B, KNO3 and KH2PO4 every day, 5mL each morning from each bottle. I have no more to do then fill up it's cap and dump it into the tank. But, the reason I explained liquid dosing is, when someone is accustom to dosing liquid fertz, it's easier to demonstrate dosing from the same place they are coming from. It can also show how much water and how few ingredients go into a stock solution before a salt reaches the limits of what can be dissolved in water. Where Jim and I agree is that with EI and the range of dose that is EI, accuracy isn't a big consideration and for larger tanks, adding dry fertz is easier for a lot of reasons. Thanks Tug for all your help.

The new leaf growth is excellent, as you can see in the photo the leafs look healthy and none of the leafs are melting anymore.

I still have the liquid fert from aquavitro for another month or two and then I plan to switch to dry fert, so would need you help.
