Seeing these clever ideas makes me think perhaps for our next contest we should not standardize the tanks, but just see how creative our members can get!

That's a good idea Cristy! I'm sure we'll have some pretty creative scapes from our contest though. At least for next time, most folks will already have the lights they need for a small tank, be it a TV or not! ;-)

Okay, I am SO building that stand and canopy for the 2.5 we are doing this year.

Anyone who'd need a table saw and router to play around with doing one as well are welcome to come over and mess around for a while, that is so cool!
