On the edge of 50 Gallons of Paradise

50 Gallon Tank (36" x 18" x 18")
192 Watts of 6700K CF
Lights are staggered:
96 Watts on for 7 hours and the other 96 Watts on for 8 1/2 hours
ADA Powersand and Amazonia substrate
CO2 injected via external diffuser
w/Didiplis diandra, java moss, Anubias nana, Blyxa
40+ Rasbora Harlequin, 12 Ottos, 15 Cories, 20+ Shrimp
KH = 4, GH = 7, PH = 6.5

Looking good there David. I like the addition of the Blyxa and Anubias since we last saw it in person.

I like this tank! Boy is that a lot of Didiplis diandra in there! It's a good example of making a nice aquascape with only a handful of different kinds of plants.

The only comment I have is that while I like the Blyxa in the scape, I'm having a hard time figuring out whether the placement (particular in the sand) if natural looking or contrived. I think it flows very nicely on the left side of the tank, but something about it in the sand bugs me. It's probably just me!

Overall, very nice tank. Thanks for sharing the pictures. It'll definietly be in the running for the next featured tank selection! (hint to everyone else who hasn't posted pictures)

I like the blyxa. it will need a trimming soon enough.

Looks really good!
Have one suggestion though - what do you think about
adding some texture by replacing
Blyxa bunch #3(from the left) with Crypt x willisii and
removing Blyxa bunch #4 and add some Anubias behind where it was.
