Martha, I could pick up the AC stuff for you, but it won't be much more convenient - I'm out past Frederick MD.

"3 CO2 units" are? The Hagen devices?

Cherry shrimp are no problem, That is one thing I'm looking for myself. Will you trust my tanks until we can sort them out? I'm clearing 2 more tanks tonight - one done already - so 3 open tanks, just in case.     <img border="0" src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">

Sure, Robert. RIck lives the closest to me, so that's why I was addressing my requests to him, Ghazanfar picked the stuff up for me last time. Anyway we can get it done would be fine, just let me know and how much to pay who! The Hagen units were $20 a piece last time, $18 with the card, and the shrimp were about $4. Thanks for the offer Robert, and if you all can do it, it would be a big help. One of my little tanks in an office is going to do the CO2, and my parents tank, and sisters.... I'm keeping these people in business! Martha

Well, it was not quite all that I had hoped for, but the tour was interesting, and we made two very good new contacts - our guide herself went out of her way to help us, and is interested in our group herself, and in helping us find what we need in the future. So it was gold just on that alone.

But our guide also introduced us to a former coworker in the field of plant TC, and she is a gem as well. Enthusiastic, helpful, and willing to help more in the future.

Edit: I re-read my post and thought it sounded a bit negative - which was not intended. The "meat" for our area of specific interest was a bit less that I hoped, but the prospect of future consultation, assistance, and advice that was offered far exceeded anything I had even thought about - it never dawned on me that they would offer such help.

I'm psyched - started mental design on a work hood while GG had to handle a chore before we went to AC.

AC was AC, but I got out cheaper than I ever have before...Ghazanfar thought I was talking to him as I walked the aisles saying "there is no space for new fish" "there is no space for new fish" "there is no space...

Thankfully, there were no red bumblebee shrimp, and no FW puffers in today, so I was safe. But there were some awfully nice Rainbows looking in need of a good home...<edited><editID>RTRJR</editID><editDate>38036.8824884259</editDate></edited>
