My only thought is that particular bulb it links to is going to be something like 15k color temp / very blue but 1 or 2 is probably fine.

I don't know anything about a club par meter but I've got a seneye reef you could borrow... sadly I don't have a good uh wand to hold it places, been using a car phone holder that uses a suction cup heh.

Bubbles per second is a poor measurement method... my tanks are literally running at least 10 or 20 bps which is nigh uncountable.
